  • Anyone who can provide input ot the design and production of a mailpiece.  Or anyone who is responsible for managing production and postage cost, either internally or for customers.

How is the class presented?

  • This 16 Hour course is usually presented at PIM in the Nokomis Room and is open to all PIM Members and their employees at a discounted price, there is also an opportunity for Not Yet PIM Members to attend.
  • Class will meet: Wednesday, May 22 & Thursday, May 23 from 8:30 am to 4:30 each day, snacks, lunch & snacks, beverages provided

Who is the Postal Professor?

  • George Heirich, PPhD, CQMPS, PIG, CMQCS, OMG, CMPD
    • The Professor has been in the mailing industry for over 50 years.  Along with owning two direct mail companies, he has served in leadership positions with some of the most respected graphic communication corporationss in the country.  Although he has never worked for the Postal Service, Geoge is recognized as an expert in postal regulations and mail related training.
