Description: Your sales compensation plans are an important part of your business, helping you keep top talent while planning for the future and keeping the budget where you want it. The right incentives drive sales and growth, but overly complicated plans can be difficult to understand and may fail to motivate. We'll be engaging in a group discussion of sales compensation plans, your companies' pain points, how to resolve those issues, and what practices are working best for the industry. 

Come ready to share with questions to address and whichever aspects of your model you are willing to share. 

Note: Specific compensation rates WILL NOT be discussed.
